Tim Scott made another motion to add the <br /> words"or sooner"to the timeline. Derek Dieter seconded and again the majority approved. Finally, a <br /> motion to approve the amended resolution was made by Valerie Schey with Henry Davis seconding and a <br /> majority agreeing.
