Rieth Riley informed the city attempts were made to both MBE <br />subcontractors for trucking; however, both companies were unable to meet the full <br />demands of the project. City MWBE coordinator, Chana Roschyk, approved the <br />requested change in utilization on March 10, 2023. <br /> <br />The attached final change order form reflects the quantities required to complete the <br />project according to plans. <br />
