These items do not impact the <br />Divisions in which Ferguson placed bids. Per the attached bid tabulation, Engineering <br />recommends approval of the following awards for the 2023 Street and Sewer Materials Bids: <br /> <br />DIVISION A <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Smith Ready Mix <br /> <br /> <br /> DIVISION B, Items B-1, B-3, B-4, and B-6 <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Klink Trucking Inc. <br /> <br />DIVISION B, Item B-2 <br />No bids were received for Division B, Item B-2. Recommendation to proceed to open market. <br /> <br />DIVISION B, Items B-5 <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Rieth Riley Construction Co., Inc. <br /> <br />DIVISION C <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: Ferguson Waterworks <br /> <br /> <br />DIVISION D <br />Award to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder: American Highway Products <br /> <br /> <br />DIVISION E <br />No bids were received for Division E. Recommendation to proceed to open market. <br /> <br />DIVISION F – Items F-1 through F-7 <br />Upon further review of the bid documents, Engineering observed Ferguson had written a <br />
