Parks and Recreation Committee <br /> February 26,2001 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Council President Pfeifer stated that this is an excellent project. She inquired as to who the contact <br /> person would be for the project. Council Member King stated that he and Kimbery Minter could <br /> act as the point persons for inquiries. <br /> Council Member Coleman stated that there is a Parks and Recreation Committee meeting next <br /> Monday to hear a proposed skateboard park presentation. He thanked everyone for coming to the <br /> meeting today on this exciting new project. <br /> Lou Pierce highlighted the fact that WNDU wishes to document every phase of the Coquillard Park <br /> Revitalization Project. <br /> Professor Lykoudis noted that on March 8th the School of Architecture will unveil the design <br /> proposals for the downtown at 5: 30 pm;with further activities taking place on Saturday from 9 am <br /> to noon. <br /> Council Member King then made a motion, seconded by Citizen Member Kilgore that the meeting <br /> be adjourned.
