Each scenario will be updated to reflect the boundary conditions
observed during the flow tests and the recorded flow will be applied to the appropriate hydrant node in the
model. Engineer will compare model results to the observed field data collected during
the hydrant flow tests and adjust model parameters as needed to achieve an acceptable calibration.

A draft technical memorandum summarizing the steady state model calibration process and results
will be prepared and submitted to the Owner in PDF format for review. A teleconference will be
held with the Owner to review the draft technical memorandum with the project manager and
senior modeling engineer.
