Each scenario will be updated to reflect the boundary conditions
observed during the flow tests and the recorded flow will be applied to the appropriate hydrant node in the
model. Engineer will compare model results to the observed field data collected during
the hydrant flow tests and adjust model parameters as needed to achieve an acceptable calibration.

A draft technical memorandum summarizing the steady state model calibration process and results
will be prepared and submitted to the Owner in PDF format for review. A teleconference will be
held with the Owner to review the draft technical memorandum with the project manager and
senior modeling engineer. The Owner’s comments will be incorporated into the final technical
memorandum.

Deliverables under this task include a draft and final technical memorandum and final
WaterGEMS model files.

Task 104 – Project Management and Administration
Provide project supervision, direction, and coordination with the Owner’s management and staff.
Project administration and management also includes budget and schedule control, document
control, coordination of activities, monthly invoicing and project close-out. Engineer shall complete its services within a reasonable time, or within the following specific time
period: Engineer shall complete the scope of services within 3 months of receipt of hydrant flow
testing data from the City.
C. If the Project includes construction-related professional services, then Engineer's time for
completion of services is conditioned on the time for Owner and its contractors to complete
construction not exceeding _NA__ months. If the actual time to complete construction exceeds the
number of months indicated, then Engineer's period of service and its total compensation shall be
appropriately adjusted.
2.01 Payment Procedures
A.
