Nine firms <br />were petitioned for quotes, and we received 1 quote. The quote is as follows. <br />Quoter Total <br />1.National Pavement Maintenance LLC <br />Base bid $50,442.00 <br />Alternate 1 $4,513.50 <br />Total Quote $54,955.50 <br />Upon review of the quote, it is recommended that the Board of Public Works reject this quote as <br />it is deemed to be non-responsive to the M/WBE goals in the specifications. <br />Public Works intends to re-quote the project and have those quotes due at the April 11th BPW <br />meeting. <br />Please call with any questions. <br />March 28, 2023
