He noted that the <br /> proposed budget reflects the actual staffing levels. <br /> In response to a question from Council Member Kirsits, Mr. Chlebowski noted that the <br /> annual Vehicle Inventory Report is filed with the City Clerk's Office each July. <br /> Citizen Member Isabelle Gonzalez inquired whether Mr. Chlebowski <br /> prepares an annual preventive maintenance report.
