Don't let the bed <br /> Fourth District bugs bite."That cute childhood rhyme has a much different meaning today. <br /> It is now an actual warning. Bed bug infestations throughout the entire city <br /> Eli Wax are distressing our residents. It has gotten so bad that teachers are leaving <br /> Fifth District classrooms to avoid risking taking bed bugs home with them. Something <br /> Sheila Niezgodski must change. <br /> Sixth District Several states have specific laws addressing the issue of bed bugs. <br /> Karen L.White Unfortunately, Indiana is not one of those states. The ordinance also establishes responsibilities for the tenant and <br /> landlord concerning notice, access, and costs. <br />
