4Committt aria <br /> Zoning an guntxation tomtit** <br /> The August 28, 2000 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order <br /> by its Chairperson, Council Member Karen L. White at 3:30 pm in the Council Informal Meeting <br /> room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Aranowski, Kelly, King, Varner, <br /> Coleman,White and Kirsits;and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand,Council Attorney. <br /> Council Member White noted that Bill No. 47-00 regarding the Houser Annexation has <br /> been requested to be continued until October 9th; that Bill No. 52-00 regarding the designation of <br /> the JMS Building as an historic landmark has been requested to be continued until October 9th;and <br /> that Bill No. 45-00 regarding the designation of the building at 3020 Buckingham as an historic <br /> building has been requested to be continued until November 13th. She further noted that each such <br /> request has been made by the petitioner for each Bill. <br /> Following discussion, Dr. Varner made a motion, seconded by Council Member Coleman <br /> that Bill Nos. 00-47 and 52-00 be continued until the October 9th Council meeting and that Bill <br /> No. 45-00 be continued until the November 13th Council meeting. The motion passed. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, Council Member White <br /> adjourned the meeting at 3:33 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Karen L.
