<br />Jack has more than 17 years of design and project management experience on
<br />transportation projects for the development of constructions plans. He has experience
<br />with geometric design for multiple types of transportation facilities and corridors including
<br />interchanges and roundabouts, geometric design and computations, design exceptions,
<br />maintenance of traffic phasing, erosion and sediment control design, lighting and signal
<br />design, bicycle and pedestrian design, utility coordination, quantity calculations, and cost
<br />estimates. Jack also has extensive experience with drainage design for both urban and rural
<br />roadways including the design of detention systems, storm sewers, and culverts. He has
<br />a strong familiarity with the NEPA process for federally funded projects and water quality
<br />permits associated with directing a project schedule along a critical path. Jack has designed
<br />and managed projects ranging in construction cost from $250,000 to $34 million.

<br />Sam has over 25 years of experience, having served as an Archaeological Principal
<br />Investigator, Archaeological Field Supervisor, and in Archaeological Field Technician positions
<br />on reconnaissance, assessment, and mitigation projects in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, New Jersey,
<br />Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. He has focused on GIS and Mapping techniques and
<br />his specific field experience includes: unit/feature excavation, topographic mapping, grid layout,
<br />surface survey, structure excavation, artifact recording, and burial mitigation. His lab experience
<br />includes artifact analysis and inventorying, GIS database creation and management, map
<br />creation, and digitizing field maps. He has additional experience completing NEPA Documentation
<br />and all levels of INDOT Categorical Exclusion (CE) documentation.
