He will work closely with City representatives to keep you informed of progress, address challenges, and keep the project on track. Matt’s responsibilities will also include maintaining project budgets, ensuring that the project stays within the specified scope, developing and administering the project schedule, timeline and delivery dates, ensuring that staff working on the project have ample resources to perform the work, coordination and monitoring of all subcontracts and ensuring that all quality control measure are followed. Matt will track milestones using the Critical Path Method for key deliverables. Matt and his staff will be committed full time throughout the duration of this contract for the successful completion of this sidewalk improvements project. COMMUNICATION PLAN Matt, your one point of contact! Schedule and facilitate meetings for all stakeholders, including progress meetings. Work with the City to develop a public involvement plan. Establish and confirm expectations and goals early in the planning process. Return phone calls and emails the same business day or within 24 hours. CITY PROJECT MANAGER Clearly communicate through meeting minutes/summaries and time-critical action items. Keep the City and INDOT informed of the project progress.
