Repairs are listed on the attached document. <br /> YWCA 1102 S.Fellows - 19 units and all common areas were inspected. Required repairs and/or issues <br /> to be addressed as noted below: <br /> • Unit 131 and 142 and Kitchen, Child Area, Receiving Area Bathroom,2nd Floor Electric Room, <br /> Preschool Room,and Basement had required repairs. Repairs are listed on the attached <br /> document. <br /> Provide an assessment of the jurisdiction's affirmative marketing actions for HOME units. <br /> 92.351(b) <br /> The following language is included in every HOME contract executed between the St.Joseph County <br /> Housing Consortium and a subrecipient: <br /> "The Developer agrees to carry out the Consortium policy and procedures for affirmative marketing by <br /> the use of community-wide publications, approved Equal Housing Opportunity logo type or slogan in any <br /> applicable marketing of housing assisted with HOME funds,and by any other procedure delineated in <br /> attached Appendix III, "Affirmative Marketing Procedures". <br /> Developers that are not in compliance with the above affirmative marketing requirement will incur <br /> corrective actions as described in Appendix III (included as an attachment to this report). <br /> Refer to IDIS reports to describe the amount and use of program income for projects, <br /> including the number of projects and owner and tenant characteristics <br /> In 2022, $265,569 of 2022 HOME program income was expended on: <br /> • Two(2) rehab of single family home to be sold to Low-Moderate income tenants; <br /> • One (1) new construction,single family homes sold to Low-Moderate income homebuyers; <br /> • Homebuyer assistance for three (3)first-time homebuyers; <br /> • Rental assistance for 18 severely mentally ill, Extremely Low-Income tenants. <br /> HOME program income received in 2022 will be expended in 2023. <br /> Describe other actions taken to foster and maintain affordable housing. 91.220(k) (STATES <br /> ONLY: Including the coordination of LIHTC with the development of affordable housing). <br /> 91.320(j) <br /> Acquisition/rehab of single-family homes and multi-family rental units; new construction of single-family <br /> homes and multi-family rental units on previously developed vacant lots; new construction of <br /> CAPER 40 <br /> OMB Control No:2506-0117(exp.09/30/2021) <br />
