tommttt* wort: <br /> ubzit 'Works'an Vroptrtv 1atationt ctommitt e <br /> The October 23, 2000 meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee was <br /> called to order by its Chairperson, Council Member David Varner at 4:10 pm in the Council <br /> Informal Meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Aranowski, Kelly,King, Varner, Ujdak, <br /> Pfeifer, Kirsits, Coleman and White; Jon Hunt, Jean Troutman-Poole, John Oxian, and Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Council Member Varner noted that the only item to be heard by the Committee is Bill No. <br /> 91-00 which is a request to vacate the first north/south alley east of Portage Avenue. Dr. Varner <br /> noted that a letter dated October 20, 2000 has been received by the City Clerk from the Petitioner's <br /> attorney,Kenneth P.
