~, <br />:~„ <br />RESOLIITION NO. 46 <br />• RESOLIITION OF THE SOIITH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AIITHORITY <br />APPROVING AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT RELATING TO THE <br />I88IIANCE OF THE SOIITH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AIITHORITY <br />TA%ABLE LEASE RENTAL REVENUE BONDS (COVELESRI STADIUM <br />REFIINDING)~ RATIFYING THE E%ECUTION AND DELIVERY OF THE <br />CONTRACT FOR THE PIIRCHASE OF THE BONDS AND APPROVING THE <br />E%ECIITION OF AN ADDENDIIM TO THE LEASE BETWEEN THE <br />AIITHORITY AND THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMI88ION FOR <br />THE STANLEY COVELESRI REGIONAL STADIUM FACILITY <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (the <br />"Authority") at a meeting on November 1, 1991 adopted Resolution <br />No. 44 (the "Taxable Bond Resolution") authorizing the issuance <br />and sale of bonds to be known- as the "South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority Taxable Lease Rental Revenue Bonds (Coveleski Stadium <br />Refunding)" (the "Taxable Bonds") pursuant to IC 36-7-14.5 et seg., <br />in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed Four Million Three <br />• Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($4,350,000), the proceeds of which <br />are to be used refund the South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />Taxable Lease Rental Revenue Bonds (Coveleski Stadium Project) (the <br />"Refunded Bonds") issued in 1988 to refinance the stadium facility <br />known as the "Stanley Coveleski Regional Stadium" (the "Facility") <br />and to pay the costs of issuance of the Bonds; and <br />WHEREAS, a Preliminary Official Statement relating to the <br />issuance of the Bonds was approved by the Authority on November 1, <br />1991 in the form presented to the Authority; and <br />WHEREAS, an Official Statement, dated the date hereof, <br />(the "Official. Statement") relating to the issuance of the Bonds <br />has been prepared and presented to the Authority; and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority previously entered into a Lease <br />between the Authority and the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />
