There is a steady growth in population and the cost of <br /> rent is stupendous. Many people are adversely effected, and the increase of families <br /> facing homelessness is horrific. The use of this property by Homes for Tracy is but a <br /> small part of the answer and the comprehensive plan in action for affordable housing <br /> and quality of life for less fortunate citizens, who just need a chance to make a <br /> better life for their family.
