<br />Chad is responsible for the design of civil engineering projects and right of way
<br />management for transportation and municipal projects. He has over 20 years of
<br />experience in design and construction review. Chad has managed and designed
<br />several Federal Aid LPA projects that have included roadway design, streetscape
<br />improvements, water and sewer design, multi-use paths, and recreational
<br />projects.

<br />Chad specializes in the design and implementation of new road projects and the
<br />reconstruction of existing roads, as well as streetscape beautification. His focus is on
<br />understanding client needs and staying up-to-date on local and industry standards.
<br />Chad is solution-oriented, figuring out how to complete a client’s vision for a project
<br />within site constraints, on time, and on budget.

<br />Daryl has over 26 years of experience in design and management of civil
<br />engineering projects including roadways, sanitary sewer, lift stations, storm sewer,
<br />water main, detention and retention analysis, and site design associated with
<br />public works projects, federally funded projects and private developments. Daryl
<br />understands his client’s vision and is able to conceptualize it, so that it’s their
<br />vision guiding each project. He understands the area’s market and is able to
<br />think beyond our client’s needs to their client’s needs, creating a design that’s
<br />attractive to our client’s clients.
