Hamman <br />South Bend Common Counc'il <br />4th Floor, County-City Building <br />RE: Resurrection Lutheran Annexation Area, southeast corner of Olive Road & <br />Nimtz Parkway <br />Dear Committee Chair Hamman: <br />Attached is an Ordinance for the proposed annexation at the above referenced location. <br />Please include this Ordinance on the Council agenda for first reading at the February 13, <br />2023, Council meeting; for second reading at the March 27, 2023, Council meeting; and <br />for third reading at the April 10, 2023, Council meeting. Per the provisions of Section <br />21-01.02(g) of the South Bend Municipal Code, the property would automatically be <br />zoned to S 1 Suburban Neighborhood 1 District upon annexation without needing a public <br />• hearing before the South Bend Plan Commission. <br />The petitioner provided the following to describe the proposed project: <br />Annexation of A-Agricultural parcels from St. Joseph County into the City of <br />South Bend as S 1 Suburban Neighborhood 1. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (574) 235-5843.
