The Executive Director of the Housing Authority has stated that <br /> Troy Warner there is only so much that can be done because of the long-term deterioration <br /> Fourth District of the building and the building has passed the point of obsolescence and <br /> Eli Wax needs to be replaced. She also stated that she believes that such repairs would <br /> Fifth District possibly require hoteling all or some of the residents for up to 48 hours at <br /> a cost exceeding $100,000. <br /> Sheila Niezgodski <br /> Sixth District This proposed resolution calls for the immediate funding for whatever actions <br /> Karen L.
