-~~ <br />WHEREAS, the Authority now desires to accept the <br />• Commission .Assignments and the Board of Public Works Assignments <br />in order to reimburse the Commission for Engineering Expenses <br />incurred and to pay for the remaining Engineering Expenses. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Commission hereby accepts the assignment of the <br />Commission Assignments and the Board of Public Works Assignments, <br />including all of the rights, interests and obligations to and under <br />such contracts attached hereto as Exhibits A and B. <br />2.
