S <br />One (1) set of Special Provisions for the specifications typed on <br />8-1/2"x11" paper. <br />One (1) copy. of the estimate of construction cost prepared on <br />vellum. <br />,_ One (1).copy,of all design computations;&„ indexed,, page numbered and <br />bound. <br />Five (5) copies of ell Storm Water Iianagement Report, page numbered <br />and bound. <br />If a computer is used in performing computations, the ENGINEER shall furnish <br />the following information, which information shall become the property of the <br />CITY: <br />i. Type of computer <br />2. Name of program <br />a. If a library program is used, furnish codes, title and <br />write-up of the program. <br />• b. If the program has been developed by the EHGIHEER, give a <br />detailed write-up including the method of mathematical and <br />structural analysis used. <br />3. All listed output data shall be titled and described. <br />4. Decimal points in a fixed point system shall be properly <br />placed. <br />SECTIOH_15_ SUCCESSORS_AHD_ASSIGHEES <br />The CITY, insofar as authorized by law, binds itself and its successors, and <br />the EHGIHEER binds his successors, executors, administrators and assignees, <br />to the party of this Agreement and to the successors, executors, <br />administrators and assignees of such other party, as the case may be insofar <br />as authorized by law, in respect to all covenants of this Agreement. Except <br />as above set forth, neither the CITY nor the EHGIHEER shall assign, sublet or <br />transfer its or his interest in this Agreement vithout the consent of the <br />other. <br />Page 13 <br />
