Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />1) Shive-Hattery will provide construction documentation for State Design Release <br />and public bidding for the base 1-apparatus bay design as developed in the previous <br />phase. In addition, Shive-Hattery will develop an alternate 2-apparatus bay design <br />option, while maintaining the same overall floor plan and aesthetic developed in the <br />previous phase. Services also include bidding and construction administration. <br /> <br />b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in <br />accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as <br />follows: <br /> <br />c. The responsibilities of Owner are modified as follows: <br /> <br />d.
