If human remains or burials are discovered, <br />the relevant state statutes, including IC 23-14 and IC 14-21-1, will be adhered to. <br />If during any phase of the project activities any artifacts or burial objects are discovered, ground <br />disturbing activities shall cease, and the OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE shall be contacted <br />immediately. The OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE shall contact the Department of Natural <br />Resources within two (2) business days, per IC 14-21-1-29 upon discovery.
