We <br />will be working with Turner to further find a better resolution over the next few days. As for the rest of the <br />building, things look pretty good and only a few more Punch List items remain to close. DR was having the last of <br />their professional photos taken, yesterday. The previous batches are very good: there are some good aerials. We <br />will have to check with Rich if we can use some in future for Ignition Park marketing material. <br />As the project comes to an end, we are in the process of closing our books and wrapping up our project billing. <br />We would like to send a billing to you for our Additional Services beyond the discounted price for $7,000. The <br />original Proposal $77,500 was approved by the City for the Fagade Improvement Project. A discounted fee of <br />$57,500 was included if BSA were to get the architectural component of the building itself. The discount was <br />approved with the understanding there would be duplicated services and reduced coordination between the two <br />projects. As a result of the project path during the bidding and construction phases, no reduction of coordination <br />or duplication of services materialized, as both parties initially hoped. <br />Additional Services beyond discounted price: <br />• Separate Fagade Bid Package <br />• Second Fagade Bid Package <br />• Separate mock -up review trip <br />• Separate Punch List <br />• Additional efforts to monitor and track scheduling for SH with TC <br />• Extended services beyond DR finish date <br />BSA LifeStructures looks forward to continuing to provide high quality services on the many opportunities we <br />have discussed with yourself and others at the City. <br />I have attached our original Proposal for reference. <br />Sincerely, <br />Billy Ponko, LEED AP <br />Project Manager <br />
