Or ommittuu Z port <br /> Utilities Committee <br /> 1E0 txjt tOmm01ti QCOUittiU of Ott City of iout'j 6tj : <br /> The September 27, 1999 meeting of the Utilities Committee was called to order by its <br /> Chairperson Council Member Rod Sniadecki at 4:40 p.m. in the Council informal meeting <br /> room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Aranowski, Kelly, King, Coleman, <br /> Varner, Pfeifer, Ujdak, and Sniadecki; Public Works and Property Vacation Citizen <br /> Member Khadijah Muhammad, Terry Bland,Jack Dillon,and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Sniadecki noted that the first item on the agenda was to review Bill No. <br /> 76-99 which would correct an account number in the Solid Waste Operations Fund. <br /> Mr.Dillon of Environmental Services made the presentation. He noted that the Bill would <br /> correct the reference to the account number and is basically a housekeeping measure. It <br /> would also rescind Ord. No. 8996-99 which referenced the incorrect account number. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Aranowski made a motion, seconded by Council <br /> Member Aranowski that Bill No. 76-99 be recommended favorably to Council.
