It is the intent of these specifications to describe 96 and 45/48- gallon refuse and yard waste containers for the City of South Bend. All containers must be manufactured in the U.S.A. The City of South Bend reserves the right to reject any and all bids, which in its judgement, will be in the best interest of the City of South Bend. Vendor to complete bid proposal, and non- discrimination commitment contained in this bid specification and attach to the submitted bid. Vendor shall provide all information requested in specifications to qualify for the bid. Vendor shall indicate YES or NO for each area of the specification. Any variations to the following specifications must be noted on a separate sheet and attached to the bid in order for the bid to be valid.
