• <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> February 8, 1999 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Council Member Hosinski noted that the February 8, 1999 Memo from Ed Talley,Director <br /> of the Historic Preservation Commission (copy attached) is requesting that Bill NO. 104- <br /> 98 be continued until the February 22, 1999 Council meeting. <br /> Under miscellaneous business, Council President Coleman noted that two (2)appointments <br /> to the Historic Preservation Commission are needed, one Republican and one Democrat. <br /> Mr. Oxian noted that since the HPC participates in the "Certified Local Government" <br /> Program (CLG), that candidates must have proper credentials. Council Member Pfeifer <br /> noted that she may have qualified candidates in her District. <br /> Council Member Hosinski inquired whether the developer of the Tower Building could run <br /> a six foot skywalk to connect their building to the County-City Complex on the south side <br /> of the third floor.
