Qtommftttt Ztport: <br /> The Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> 'Co the Common QCoutttfl of the tftv of South tub: <br /> The April 12, 1999 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order <br /> by Council Member John Hosinski, Chairperson at 3:50 p.m. in the Council informal <br /> meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Aranowski, King, Varner, Kelly, <br /> Ujdak,Hosinski, and Sniadecki and Coleman; Terry Bland,John Byorni and the presenter <br /> for Bill No. 12-99 <br /> Council Member Hosinski noted that the first item on the agenda was Bill No. 12-99 <br /> which would would amend the zoning use for the property located at 5414 West Sample <br /> Street. <br /> The Bill received a favorably recommendation from the Area Plan Commission at its <br /> meeting of March 16, 1999 (copy attached). <br /> The Bill is for the American Legion Post 357 to zone from "C" Commercial, "A" Height <br /> and Area to "C" commercial "A" Height and Area for the property located at 5414 West <br /> Sample Street. The rezoning would permit the construction of a new American Legion <br /> Post 357 facility to be located on the south side of Sample Street west of Mayflower Road, <br /> as further addressed in the February 3, 1999 99 letter from Mi <br /> chael J. Danch, President dent of <br /> Peirce&Associates, Inc.
