ommtt goat: <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> 11/o the ommoix tottncil of tI CV of &mai D: <br /> The August 23, 1999 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order <br /> by Council Member David Vanier at 4,37 p.m. in the Council informal meeting room; since <br /> both the Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson of the Committee were absent. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Coleman, Varner, Aranowski, Kelly, <br /> and King;John Byorni,Tim Minnie, Terry Bland, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Varner noted that there was no quorum present, however that those <br /> Council Members present would hear a presentation on Bill No. 43-99 which is a rezoning <br /> request for the property located at 1422 East Calvert Street. <br /> Mr. John Byorni noted that the proposed rezoning comes to the Council with a favorable <br /> recommendation from both the staff and the Area Plan Commission. <br /> Mr. Tim Minnie, the owner of the property, stated that he needs the rezoning in order to <br /> sell the property as residential real estate and for the prospective owners to qualify for a <br /> mortgage. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, Dr. Varner adjourned the <br /> meeting at 4:40 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Dr. David Varner, Council Member <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> KCF:kmf <br />
