0 <br /> The Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> to the Common Coma of the City of 6outb itb: <br /> The October 25, 1999 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to <br /> order by its chairperson, Council Member John Hosinski at 4:15 p.m. in the Council <br /> informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Aranowski, Varner, Kelly, King, <br /> Hosinski, Ujdak, Coleman and Sniadecki; John Byorni, Dea Andrews, Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand and Terry Bland. <br /> Council Member Hosinski noted that the first item on the agenda was to review Bill No. <br /> 61-99 which is a rezoning request for the property located at 515 North Cushing Street. <br /> John Byorni,Assistant Area Plan Director, showed a copy of the proposed site plan to the <br /> Committee and noted that both the staff and the Area Plan Commission send the proposed <br /> ordinance to the Council with a favorable recommendation. (report attached) <br /> Dea Andrews then made the rese Cation on behalf of the petitioner, South Bend Heritage <br /> ea P . <br /> She noted that the rezoning is necessary in order to allow additional parking. <br /> Foundation. g ry . <br /> South Bend Heritage Foundation plans to move its main offices to the building located at <br /> 801-807 Lincolnway West. She presented a letter, copy of an architectural drawing, <br /> aerial view and proposed final site plan of the Colfax Campus of South Bend Heritage <br /> Foundation (copy attached). She also noted that the project will use"Build Indiana Funds" <br /> the future. <br /> ' i e fut <br /> and hopes to provide services for acquisition rehabilitation services in t a <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Varner made a motion, seconded by Council <br /> III Member Kelly favorably that Bill No. 61-99 be recommended <br /> to Council.
