Committee Ittport: <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> Zo tfjt common Council of the City of South] list14: <br /> The April 14, 1997 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order <br /> by its Chairperson, Council Member John Hosinski at 4:00 p.m. in the Council informal <br /> meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Aranowski, Pfeifer, Kelly, Broden, <br /> Varner, Ujdak, Coleman, Hosinski, Sniadecki; Don Porter and Kathleen Cekanski- <br /> Farrand. <br /> The first item on the agenda was to have discussion on the appeal of Historic Preservation <br /> Commission's decision regarding the property located at 1414 East Wayne St. <br /> It was noted that a request to table action on this matter for 30 days had been requested. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Hosinski made a motion seconded by Council <br /> Member Varner that the appeal on the decision regarding the property located on 1414 East <br /> Wayne St. be continued for 30 days.
