The- estimated sources and uses of funds are summarized below; Estimated Sources of Funds: Proposed Lease Rental Bonds $.2,355,000 Estimated Uses of Funds: Construction and related costs $1,830,000 Allowance for capitalized interest 416,.225 Underwriters discount 47,100 Bond issuance costs 105,000 Less: Capitalized interest fund earnings (43.325) Total estimated uses of funds ~2,35~ S~®¢000 UNDERWRITING The Lease Rental Bonds are being purchased for reoffering by the Underwriter, (the "Underwriter") at a purchase price of $ plus accrued interest from March 1, 1991. The Notice of Intent to Sell provides that all of the Lease Rental Bonds will be purchased by the Underwriter if any of such Bonds are purchased. The Underwriter intends to offer the Lease Rental Bonds to the public at the offrering prices set forth- on the inside cover page of this Official Statement. The Underwriter may .allow concessions to 'certain dealers (including dealers in a selling group of the Underwriter :and other dealers depositing the Lease .Rental Bonds into investment trusts), who may reallow concessions to other dealers. After the initial public. offering, the offering price may be varied from time to time by .the Underwriter. OPINION OF BOND COUNSEL Legal matters incident to the authorization and issuance of the Bonds are subject to the unqualified approving opinion of Baker & Daniels, Indianapolis, Indiana, Bond Counsel.. Copies of such opinion will be made available by the. Authority at the time of the delivery of the Bonds. Bond Counsel has not undertaken to review the accuracy or completeness of any representation contained in this Official Statement and expresses no opinion thereon nor assumes any responsibility in connection therewith. A form of the legal opinion can be found as Appendix F of this Official Statement. LITIGATION At the time of delivery of the Bonds, the Authority will certify that there is i no litigation or other proceedings pending or, to the .knowledge. of the Authority, threatened in any court, agency or other administrative body restraining or contesting the issuance of the Bonds or in any way affecting the validity of any provisions of the Bonds. eye
