He detailed the new equipment <br /> which would be installed by the petitioner for a total project cost of approximately <br /> $700,000. He noted that the project <br /> includes the building of a four story office building to be owned and operated by Me morial <br /> Health Systems and a 650 space city owned parking garage. Total project cost is estimated <br /> to be over 20 million dollar with the Trammell Crow portion of the project estimated at 6.5 <br /> million dollars. Between 100 and 125 construction jobs would be created and 180-225 <br /> people would be employed by the tenants of the new building. The report noted that the <br /> petitioners satisfy all of the applicable tax abatement criteria. <br /> Mr.Brad Toothacher made a further presentation. He noted that it would be approximately <br /> 18 months before occupancy of the proposed new building. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Pfeifer made a motion seconded by Council <br /> - recommended <br /> favorably to Council.
