The total amount of this commitment was <br />$210.00 and accounted for .16% of the total Bid/Proposal. The work that V&R was to perform was <br />hauling the old concrete lid to a dump site to dispose of the lid. <br />During the work of this contract an emergency repair for the City of South Bend occurred. Selge <br />Construction Company was directed to take the lid to be used on this emergency repair.
