For 2022,we <br /> plan to propose adjustments during four time periods—March,June, September and December. <br /> Based on our budget review,we are submitting the enclosed additional appropriation ordinance for your <br /> consideration. <br /> I will present this bill to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and Council meetings.
