<br /> numbered by the St. Joseph County Election Board as follows:
<br /> Precincts: 130301, 130302, 130303, 130304, 130305, 130306, 130307, 130308, 130309,
<br /> 130310, 130311, 130312, 130313, and 130314.
<br /> 4) Fourth Councilmanic District consisting of the following precincts, presently
<br /> numbered by the St. Joseph County Election Board as follows:

<br /> 130410, 130411, 1304012, 130413, 130414, 130415, and 130416.
<br /> 5) Fifth Councilmanic District consisting of the following precincts, presently
<br /> numbered by the St. Joseph County Election Board as follows:
<br /> Precincts: 130501, 130502, 130503, 130504, 130505, 130506, 130508, 130509, 130510,
<br /> 130511, 130512, 130513, 130514, 130515, 130516, 130517, and 130518.
<br /> 6) Sixth Councilmanic District consisting of the following precincts, presently
<br /> numbered by the St. Joseph County Election Board as follows:
<br /> Precincts: 130601, 130602, 130603, 130604, 130605, 130606, 130607, 130608, 130609,
<br /> 130611, and 130612.
<br /> b) Any annexation which occurs subsequent to the passage of this ordinance shall be
<br /> deemed to be part of that district with which it is most contiguous. All linear descriptions are
<br /> understood to be " more or less" when stated in linear dimensions.
<br /> Section II. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br /> conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
<br /> Section III. Severability: If any part, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this
<br /> ordinance is for any reason declared to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by a Court of
<br /> competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of
<br /> this ordinance.
<br /> Section IV. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by
<br /> the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and legal publication.
