A structure is proposed on being placed <br />on the property. The rest of the easement is for the overhead lines. The structure and easement <br />do not interfere with the storm sewer going to the retention pond on the property. AEP has <br />proposed $37,900 for the easement. <br /> <br />Easement #27 is south of Adams Rd and west of US 31. There are no structures proposed for this <br />easement and it is for the overhead lines only. AEP has proposed $29,950 for this easement. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration of this request. <br /> <br />
