INTER-OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />Department of Law <br />City of South Bend 227 W Jefferson Blvd <br />TO: Board of Public Works, Theresa Heffner, Michael Schmidt <br />FROM: Jenna Throw, Assistant City Attorney <br />SUBJECT: Temporary Access Agreement <br />DATE: November 9, 2022 <br />Members of the Board, Ms. Heffner, and Mr. Schmidt: <br />As part of the upcoming Drewry’s Fencing Project, it has been requested that the Board of Park <br />Commissioners grant temporary access to the park property adjacent to the parcel at 1408 <br />Elwood Avenue where work is being performed. The attached Temporary Access Agreement <br />represents the Board of Park Commissioners’ grant of that access. The agreement is presented <br />to the Board of Public Works on November 22nd to countersign. It will have been presented to <br />the Board of Park Commissioners on November 21st.
