The lack of utility locates impacted Michiana Contractings controlling operation and caused them one day of unforeseen <br />delays <br />Whereas, the Standard Specifications for this contract provides for such work to be performed, the following change is recommended. <br />General or Standard Change Order Explanation <br />On September 9 2022 the Contractor informed both the City and INDOT of difficulties obtaining utility locates for several of the sign posts at <br />various schools.
