Division of <br />Engineering reviewed the documents and found Milestone Contractors North to be the lowest <br />responsive and responsible bidder. Attached is the full bid tabulation. <br /> <br />The bid results are as follows: <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR BASE BID TOTAL (ALL DIVISIONS) <br />Milestone Contractors North $824,000 <br />Rieth-Riley Construction Co. $934,000 <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Engineering recommends the award of Project No. 121-048A-R: Neighborhood <br />Infrastructure: Riverside Dr and Leland Ave to Milestone Contractors North for a total bid price <br />of $824,000. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration of this request. <br />
