The <br />BAC 4 IN/KY Apprenticeship & Training Program is a statewide program that was <br />established in 1994 and is recognized by the U. S. Department of Labor and is <br />considered in good standing. <br />Ziolkowski Construction, Inc. has been a “signatory union contractor” since 2000 <br />and at the present time employ enrolled apprentices.
