PREFACE <br /> The South Bend Common Council is required to enact a redistricting ordinance in the <br /> second year after each United States Decennial Census. Accordingly, the Council <br /> President appointed the South Bend 2022 Redistricting Advisory Committee, a <br /> bipartisan special committee whose members are diverse in race,gender,and location <br /> of their residences, to make recommendations for redistricting. <br /> The members of the South Bend 2022 Redistricting Advisory Committee are: <br /> Josephine M. Broden Joseph R. Molnar <br /> Michael P. Divita Robert J. Palmer <br /> Consuella D. Hopkins Kathryn R. Schuth <br /> Karl G. King Patrick D. Shelton <br /> Chairman <br /> Stephen J.
