s - 1.1 <br /><M1 <br />Project to be financed separately by the Taxable Bonds and the <br />Tax Exempt Bonds; and <br />WHEREAS, a proposed Amended and Restated Lease between <br />the Authority and the Commission (the "Amended and Restated <br />Lease") has been presented to the Authority, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority now desires to approve said <br />Amended and Restated Lease. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority as follows: <br />Section 1. The Amended and Restated Lease is hereby <br /> <br />adopted and approved by the Authority as attached hereto at <br />Exhibit A. <br />Section 2. The President and Secretary-Treasurer of <br />the Authority are hereby authorized to execute and attest, <br />respectively, the Amended and Restated Lease. <br />Section 3. The Secretary-Treasurer is directed to <br />file a copy of the Amended and Restated Lease with the <br />Commission. <br />Section 4.
