It was noted in response to a question raised by the Council Attorney that the <br /> fees are tracking the Social Security rates with the Medicare profile in the handout being <br /> highlighted. <br /> In response to a question, it was noted that collection is done after bids are taken annually <br /> by the Board of Public Works. <br /> Chief Taylor also noted that three ambulances for the County would be in service by <br /> January 10, 1998. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Aranowski made a motion, seconded by <br /> Council Member Sniadecki,that Substitute Bill No. 120-97 be recommended favorably to <br /> Council. The motion passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill No. 131-97 regarding newly created positions and <br /> transferred titles of positions. Kay Pola made a presentation on the Park District Bonds,all <br /> of which is being done at the request of the State Board of Accounts. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Aranow ski made a motion, seconded by Council <br /> Member Sniadecki,that the bill be sent favorably to Council. Council Members Aranowski and Pfeifer also raised concern with regard to an <br /> update on the Kennedy Pool update.
