tommfttst Uport: <br /> Public Works and Property Vacation Committee <br /> tfs Common Council of the tftt of south filsttin <br /> The August 26, 1996 meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee was <br /> called to order by its Chairperson, Council Member David Varner at 4:37 P.M. in the <br /> Council informal meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Kelly, Luecke, Broden, Zakrzewski, <br /> Washington, Coleman,Pfeifer,and Varner,Don Porter,and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Bill No. 61-96 which is a petition to vacate <br /> Priory Lane.Council Member Varner noted that the City Clerk had received a letter from <br /> the petitioner's attorney requesting that the matter be continued.
