<br /> <br />PREFACE <br />The South Bend Common Council is required to enact a redistricting ordinance in the <br />second year after each United States Decennial Census. Accordingly, the Council <br />President appointed the South Bend 2022 Redistricting Advisory Committee, a <br />bipartisan special committee whose members are diverse in race, gender, and location <br />of their residences, to make recommendations for redistricting. <br />The members of the South Bend 2022 Redistricting Advisory Committee are: <br />Josephine M. Broden Joseph R. Molnar <br />Michael P. Divita Robert J. Palmer <br />Consuella D. Hopkins Kathryn R. Schuth <br />Karl G. King Patrick D. Shelton <br />Chairman <br />Stephen J. Luecke Troy D.
