Road; thence North 89° -52'-23" West 412 feet along said south right-of-way line said point being 180 feet south of and at right angles to Station 4045+50 on the Indiana East-West Toll Road centerline; thence North 0° -07' -36.7" East a distance of 30 feet to a point which said point is 150 feet south of said Station 4045+50; thence North 89° -52'-23" West along said south right-of-way line a distance of 259.7 feet, more or less to a point; thence South 0° -07' -36.7" West a distance of 70.16 feet to point of beginning, containing 0.8 acres, more or less, and which is a part of Parcel 62-A-3 (XL).
