Following <br /> Member Coleman made a motion,seconded by Council Member ifer that Bill Nos. 55- <br /> 96 and 56-96 be recommended favorably to Council.The motion passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill No. 57-96 which would establish the College Football <br /> Hall of Fame Debt Service Fund and make various appropriations. Mr. Jeff Rinard made <br /> ,11 the presentation. Mr.Rinard noted that monies involved are not tax dollars but rather funs <br /> 1` from the Century Center. He provided detailed information on the proposed Bill which <br /> 4 Kevin Horton,the City Controller would present at tonight's formal Council meeting. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Coleman, seconded by Council Member Pfeifer <br /> that Bill No. 57-96 be recommended favorably to Council.
