1Commftt*s Ztport: <br /> Personnel and Fmance Committee <br /> 'Co tbs Common Couittil of the City of 6outb sub: <br /> The March 25, 1996,meeting of the Personnel and Finance Committee was called to order <br /> by its Chairperson Council Member Steve Luecke at 4:40 P.M. in the Council informal <br /> meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Kelly, Pfeifer, Coleman, Varner, <br /> Washington, Broden, Hosinski, Zakrzewski, and Luecke; Don Porter, and Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Luecke noted that he had received a letter from Deputy City Attorney, <br /> Tom Bodnar requesting that Bill No. 13-96 which would amend Chapter 13,Article 10 of <br /> the South Bend Municipal Code by adding Division 6, Section 1323 establishing fees for <br /> processing handgun transfer applications,be continued. <br /> Following discussion the Committee informally agreed to continue indefinitely Bill No. 13- <br /> 96. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee the meeting was adjourned <br /> at 4:43 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Steve Luecke <br /> Chairperson <br /> • <br />
