-:, ,~ <br />.. .~ <br />Council of the City ,of South Bend (the "Common Council") an <br />approving ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council at a meeting on October 8, <br />1990 and after a public hearing, adopted Ordinance No. 8131-90 <br />approving the Lease: and <br />WHEREAS, the State Board of Tax Commissioners issued its <br />Order approving the Lease pursuant to IC 6-1.1-18.5-8 on October <br />29, 1990; and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority desires to execute the Lease, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A;" <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The President and Secretary of the Authority are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute and attest, respectively, <br />• the Lease, in the form attached hereto as "Exhibit A." <br />2. 'The Secretary of the Authority is hereby directed <br />to file a copy of the Lease, as executed, with the Commission. <br />3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />after its adoption by the Authority. <br />• <br />-2- <br />
