It <br />was later determined that a water main line valve was leaking and required emergency repair. <br />The repair work involved excavation of the road surface to reach the water infrastructure. The <br />road was closed until Friday at 3pm and then opened with a temporary patch. Premium <br />Concrete Services quoted the repair. The road required emergency restoration to St. Joseph <br />County standards, and Premium did this work, as well as working with the county to route traffic. <br />November 8, 2022
